Despite having a scheduled appointment for 10:30 am, we found ourselves waiting until 12:30 pm before our daughter was finally called back, and this prolonged wait made her quite hungry and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, we received an alert indicating that she had been sedated at 2:22 pm, which seemed like a significant delay. This entire experience has left us feeling quite disappointed with the service we received. It's clear that there were substantial delays and communication issues within the dental office, leading to our frustration and concern for our daughter's well-being. Given these circumstances, I've decided to reach out to the corporate office to express our concerns and hope for some resolution. For those who may be considering wisdom teeth removal, I would strongly advise exploring alternative dental offices that may provide a more efficient and compassionate service, as our experience here was far from satisfactory."
