"I hate going to the dentist but that changed after seeing Dr. Bhatt. He's so nice and explained everything to me. I had some work done that I had put off for years but Dr. Bhatt took care of me and I haven't had any issues since! Definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a good dentist who knows what he's doing and cares about his patients!"

"Been here three times. The first time I didn't really trust the competence of my dentist (blonde woman) who told me my gums were fine even though I know I have periodontal disease. She filled a few cavities, but when I pointed out that I can feel a crevice at the back of my mouth that I think is a cavity, she just brushed it off. When filling my other cavities she looks closer at the tooth I told her about and she starts to agree that it's a cavity but needs to take a closer look once my wisdom teeth are removed. The second time was to remove my wisdom teeth. I had Dr. Jimmy Policarpio. He was gentle and friendly. Did a good job pulling all four out, even an impacted one that took the longest. Overall, the procedure wasn't as bad as I imagined and was completed on two hours. Third time I came back to get a check up on my gums post wisdom tooth extraction because the bone graft on one of the sockets seemed to be exposed still despite almost a month after the procedure. My appointment was at 11am. They call me in at 11:38, and now I'm writing this post while waiting in the patient chair at 12:02. Over an HOUR PAST MY APPOINTMENT TIME. I would like to get up and leave but my husband is currently in the other room waiting for his cleaning to be done. His appointment was at 10:30. It's now 12:14 and he's still waiting. FOR A SIMPLE CHECK UP AND CLEANING. Horrible. Will be changing dental offices as soon as we get home.."

"Waiting on a authorization since about March for wisdom teeth to be pulled off and haven't heard nothing and now we're in October . It's ridiculous the patient has to keep calling the office to find out the status and that they don't try to find out what's going on. They do raffle every other month for a price , in return you need to write a review about your visit and they go with the best review .So that says a lot as well. Dr bhat is great but staffing needs to get organized and be on point ."

"West Covina family dentistry is simply an outstanding dentist. The doctors there are very attentive and super nice. They made my experience painless and easy. Desiree and Marisa were wonderful helping me feel comfortable and Rosa at the front was super nice and made everything work to my liking. I want to say thank you to all of you and I highly recommend anyone gets their teeth work here :)"

"This office has a terrible track record of erroneous billing practices. Well after concluding my business with them they sent an invoice for $35.00 with no explanation. When called they said it was for a missed appointment which was not true. Since then they sent this to a collection agency. After doing some investigation I discovered this is a common practice for this office. They will get their $35 but they are going to loose several long time customers in the process. That's because our firm is going to spread the word to our employees about this and it will carry some influence. Instead of standing by their loyal customers they have decided to risk their reputation for trivial pursuit of bogus billings. Good luck with that."
