"Care wise, I've found no issues. How long does it take them to check up on you? Upwards of 30 min. Not sure what keeps them from attending and looking at patients on time, after my implants I'll have to look for a place that does not waste time. Quick update on my second to last visit. Was scheduled at 1pm, got rescheduled to 3:30 because they were running behind. Here I am getting seated at 4:46pm. This place really knows how to break their own record."

"Dr. Tran and his staff were knowledgeable, caring, and sincere about my dental needs. His office is extremely clean, safe, with modern furniture and seating arrangements. "Update 6/27- They won't send the file of my x-rays to my old dentist "said the file is too large to send" all they will do is print my x rays from the printer and send them to me in the mail. The dentist at this office knows giving me this print won't help my current dentist. So so thankful I found a dentist to do all the work for free... Can't believe you were going to charge me $1,900. Wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. Went here yesterday 6/23.. I have denti cal...they wanted to charge me $1,900 to do a root canal on a wisdom tooth "that's not even a needed tooth" and fill a small cavity on my back tooth. When he realized I wasn't gonna get the work done his attitude changed with me and he wouldn't even do me the favor of sending the x-rays I just had done to my old dentist. Thank god my old dentist is amazing and will still do my x-ray.... anyways, This is all crazy to me because I had the same work done at my old dentist "root canal and cavity filled" and I had the same insurance and it was free. If you want good/free dental work I highly recommend savilla dental on highland valley Rd. I know it's not very close but it's free. This is a private practice and I guess that's why they charge an arm and leg."

"Very disappointing experience. Took off work to take my grandson to the dentist. I had scheduled the appointment a month ago, in person, when I was there with him getting additional work done. Arrived for the appointment and they said it wasn't in their system. I guess it's bad luck for me, because they couldn't fit him in and now we have to wait and additional 2 weeks. Sadly, they really didn't seem to care or want to try to accommodate their error. Attached is a picture of the schedule card which they themselves wrote. Pretty poor business practice and I'm going to need to take more time off due to their error. Probably time to find someone who cares who can complete the treatment plan..."

"I would like to start out by saying this is the worst dentist I have ever been treated by my life. After now receiving proper dental care I am appalled I ever allowed this establishment to treat me with such disrespect. From the moment you walk in you are "greeted" by the front receptionist Monica who will never show as little as a smile let alone professionalism. After waiting several minutes well beyond your initial appointment time you will be taken back by the only decent staff this establishment has, the hygienist. The ladies tend to be typically nice until you see the actual dentist themself. Without going in to great detail Dr. Tran is the worst dentist let alone person I have come into contact with. I have had to get several treatments redone at my current dentist due to his poor work and negligence After what they consider to be your complete treatment is over you will be hounded by a guy named Rob who deals with the finances. He will only make up excuses for their poor work and blame it on the customer that they should have known better. Not only have I left but my entire family who recommended this establishment has found better care as well. Do not waste your money here."
