"Awesome customer service, atmosphere was chill inside the ladies were very professional and polite. I'm happy I came to this dentist office today, I learned a lot and was treated nicely by the team of ladies who are in the reception area X-ray technician was also professional and polite. Very nice dentist office, everyone should come here. I just finished my cleaning with Pamela the Professional oral hygienist and I am Sincerely appreciative of her truthfulness and professional attitude and professional behavior. She is a awesome hygienist and I am so happy I met this awesome human being. I can smile, thank you. Ms Nadyne kept her word to me and helped me fill out my insurance reimbursement papers and I appreciate her awesome assistance and professional attitude. She is a great Woman!"

"I usually don't take my son to his appointments. The other day, I did, and it was for a cleaning. I checked him in. Then, a couple second later, they called me to the front desk . They wanted a signature, so I gave it to them. I should have asked what I was signing but didn't think anything of it. So they charged me for a add on to the cleaning . Keep in mind that this add-on is OPTIONAL pretty sneaky of them."

"I've been going to Dr. Bocash for years and they do everything you need in one building. They are just the absolute best. Today I saw the newly hired Pamela, hygienist, and it was the best visit I've ever had here, she's perfect."

"This place is a rip off, the front check in person tried to charge my insurance then have me pay cash which was $2000 over what I was quoted during the summer for dentures. Telling me I would have to pay $2245 out of pocket cash. She has no idea what she is doing, ain't no way I will pay over $5000 for dentures also saying insurance won't cover the impressions for denture fitting, typical trying to defraud the insurance and patient or she's has no idea what she is doing, either way after waiting so long anticipating and expecting to finally have teeth I am totally disappointed. I hate this world, hate how ugly I look without teeth and wish life would end for me I'm so ugly."

"My appt was at 4pm and I had called that morning to see if was still able to be seen if I was 15-20 min late or if I could Move my appt to 4:30pm. They told me about the 15min window and the offered to set me appointment up for another day. So, I said I would try to be there by 4:15. I was able to make it into the office at 4pm. They moved me back into the room at 4:21 and then the hygienist didn’t come into the room to start until 4:37pm. At the time I had asked if I was going to be able to leave by 5:45pm to pick up kids; I was told yes of course. Another 10 minutes was taking to prepare. I was not done on time and finally able to leave at 5:55 pm making me late for pick up. This isn’t the first time, time has been wasted at this office and after a few times it gets annoying. Also, my daughter was locked outside the office since they lock the doors for closing. They saw her come in with me and even talked to her about her braces."
