"They got to my appt on time and were very efficient, a great start. The doctor was also really nice and encouraging through painful parts and I did not feel like they were looking for problems or trying to diagnose things that didn't need to be treated like many dentists I have experienced. The only thing that could have been better is when they presented me their proposal for my services, they didn't frame it as an option- they immediately presented me the upgraded crown that my insurance won't fully cover rather than discussing the advantages and disadvantages of the one my insurance does cover and the upgrade and allowing me to choose. When I asked they did tell me there was another option but were very discouraging about it- later when I did research I did see there are some advantages/benefits to the silver crowns and I wish that had been fully discussed."
