"Micah is Truly an amazing instructor and human being. He is patient and focused when he teaches class. I especially enjoy how he teaches my children. They have learned so much in the amount of time we’ve known him. If you go to Alafia Capoeira, you are guaranteed to have a great time. I have never felt so good after training so hard. We train for two hours and I am ready for more. I’m always bummed when class ends. The good thing is, he is open every day of the week! What also is great is that I am learning music and Brazilian Portuguese along the way. I am 48 years old and I have never been in such great shape in my entire life!"
