"The manager is extremely rude and will go out of her way NOT to help you. She is condescending and acts like she is on a power trip. She speaks very rudely but with a fake smile on her face. I had to have corporate on the phone to get her to do her job. She tried everything she could to not be helpful, but She didn't succeed. She appears to be a miserable , sour woman who has a chip on her shoulder. She should be fired. Apparently many other people have dealt with her based on the other reviews on here. Avoid this location."

"I am so thrilled to find this gem right in RedHawk! II went to Sally Beauty specifically looking for a concealer that would do the job and a hydrating foundation that would give me a lovely moisturizing shear coverage! The manager took the time to ask a few questions and turned me onto Dream Radiant Liquid and Fit Me Concealer. I love these and my skin feels so happy...I've now got back the zing in my walk ."

"This location is not exactly close to me but I was on the hunt for locations that have Essie clearance polishes still in stock. Called this store to see if they had any left since I didn't have luck with the other stores. Lady who answers the phone tells me there's only a couple left. I nicely ask if she could please tell me the names of the VERY FEW that are left, and she very rudely tells me "uhhhh... No. I'm busy. And I have shipment that I need to do." Good to know they prioritize doing shipment over assisting you in any way. It would have taken her what.... 10 seconds to read them off??? Give me a break. So I hang up and call the store again so I can speak with someone else. She forwards my call to voicemail! What a lovely employee and amazing customer service!! Ha. NEVER going there now with that kind of attitude. Thanks for showing me over the phone the kind of respect you have for your customers, so that I don't waste my time or money going out of my way to get there."

"Can't beat the prices. This chain of stores has a surprising amount of products and selection of products for such a small sized store. I've been to this particular location twice and both times had a great experience. Both times (a month apart) the woman at the cash register nicely welcomed me when I walked in and asked if I needed help finding something. The first time I came in I was looking for a toner because I was going to bleach my hair for the first time. I told the woman what I wanted to do and asked for advice on what toner to use. She gave me very good advice, the toner I purchased worked out great for achieving the color I wanted. I was surprised because I was not that good at explaining what I wanted, but she totally understood my goal and recomended the right product. Both times that I have been to this store I was able to quickly get what I needed and get out. I love that. They have a beauty club membership. GET IT! It doesn't cost much (just $5 a year), and you get a discount on the things you buy. If you buy stuff often, it's totally worth it. The staff at this store are well informed, helpful and friendly. I will totally be coming here for all of my hair coloring supply needs."
