"I made an appointment a month prior and paid the $155 service fee for eyelash extensions at LASH AFFAIR. On the day of i was 10 minutes away( note i was driving all the way from san Bernardino) and i receive a text message that she was cancelling appointment due to a personal reason which i understood - she asked if i wanted to reschedule but due to my busy schedule i was not sure when i would be able to come back therefore i nicely asked for a refund which she agreed and said she would call processing center on Monday. I waited and sent her a quick reminder on Monday- no response - i text her again - no response, the next day again no response - she was ignoring my text messages- a week has passed and no refund has been issued- i had to call my bank and file a claim- very unprofessional! i was going to reschedule in the future but not after this! Great way to lose customers."

"Unfortunately I have had a horrible experience with MALLORY your eyelash specialist. I had an appointment scheduled for 9am. According to MALLORY I did not cancel, but I did respond and apologized and explained everything to her. (I did cancel via email) MALLORY then took it upon herself to post the message she text me with her response via Instagram. She used a middle finger to apparently flip her potential clients off and yell about a $25 cancellation fee. (Which I was already aware of since it’s posted on her Instagram account!) I understand frustrating situations but if you are trying to gain clients and run a “small business “ please know that life happens and not everything will revolve around your time. MALLORY THEN CALLED ME AT 7:45am the following day to speak to me about her intention. I have the picture of her rude and childish Instagram post she chose to use. So if you plan on setting and appointment with MALLORY, please know that if you do not cancel properly you must pay a $25 cancellation fee and she will blast you in social media and flip you off!"
