"I do not recommend this salon. I was extremely hesitant in writing this review because I know negative reviews hurt small businesses but I couldn't keep quiet. I had been going here for almost two years and everything was OK. I took the leap and decided to go blond (i had originally kept my roots dark) and Rosalie did not listen to anything I wanted and lightened my hair to be platinum when that was not what I wanted. In addition to this, she missed huge sections on the under part of my hair that remained my natural hair color (dark brown). There was also streaks of purple and yellow that were not noticeable until I put my hair up. I was dissatisfied and I expressed my concerns with pictures and could not come up with a resolution without being charged full price again. Unfortunately, I did not get my money back and had to pay twice as much for someone else to fix it. I was satisfied for so long I thought she would be willing to help me out but that was not the case."
"$230 for neck length haircut and color for senior lady!! Shame on you Lydia Yeah 2.5 hrs clearly you were struggling and where did it say $195 for SHORT hair color?? I mean at least offer water … no at the price a freakin mimosa!!!"
"I definitely agree that Beauty Mark Hair Salon should be in the top 5 of Hair Salons in Temecula! Shout out to Amanda for doing my hair!!! For many years, I've tried multiple hairstylist and colored my hair. I have not found a single person that could get the color I wanted for my hair, but voilà! Amanda was able to get it on the dot! I am so happy to finally get the color that I wanted. It only took one photo, an evaluation of my hair, and Amanda true to her words did it! I highly recommend this hair salon!
