"Love the hotel! I’m not in the business of reviewing hotels, but I will say that I enjoyed my stay at the Westin Marriott. Rooms were comfortable and reasonably priced with some discounts for AAA members. Gym was actually very nice as an avid gym enthusiast, it was impressively equipped with essential machinery."
"Magnificent place. Worth every penny spent here and the people in floor 28 (concierge lounge) are very nice and hard working. Great views. Delicious food. A wide variety of alcoholic beverages or non alcoholic. A wide variety of very good Bourbon and whiskey. Very clean. The one thing I didn't like was the waste collection trucks will show up at 2am and make bang sounds collecting the buckets. The service was very good from the moment the porter opened the main door, to the reception and their good guides, to room service, bartenders and even passing by managers greeting you. Thanks to Abdul for the services in the concierge. Some times one person makes a difference, a better one. Will be back within a year."
"Third time I'm staying there. Great location for exploring downtown San Francisco. Also close to the convention centre (important for me, at least). Usual Marriott quality of lodging and services. Recommended."
"Honestly, I am amazed at the level of customer care which was demonstrated in my recent one night stay. My wife and I had breakfast in the restaurant and unfortunately, one of her treasured pearl earrings had fallen out of her ear. It was a family heirloom and valuable at an emotional level. The waiter, Rob, started by alerting all the staff at the restaurant and at the front desk. After closing the restaurant, the floor was swept and the pearl was found. This is after an initial twenty minute search. About a hour later, the front desk called to let us know they had recovered the pearl. They kept it in their safe for 3 weeks until we were able to return to retrieve it. I find this event exceptional, in that everyone felt the same concern and urgency, making it possible to retrieve the item. That is a demonstration of the proverbial “above and beyond” mentality. We couldn’t be more grateful."
