When we saw the apartment, everything was updated and was exactly as described in the listing. We had a broker, Jason, who helped us view the apartment. After we moved in, we had some issues with the online portal and Ellaiza E. immediately helped us. She was persistent and helped our case. I also asked other requests that we needed help with and so far B+T has been responsive and attentive to the issues we had on hand."
