"The guy who runs the place is just a phenomenal person both as a business and nature. Honest. I went to the shop to rent a suit for my wedding. The owner adviced me to instead just buy one. Turns out that was a very good advice. I disagreed and still went with rental. Turned out the suit he was selling me for less than rental price was way better in both quality and fit. He also let me have 2 vests because I couldn’t decide on 1 and let me return the extra unused vest after my wedding. 10/10 would shop here again and recommend the place."

"This place is the perfect spot for formal wear! Convenient and affordable. I was travelling for a wedding and needed an off-white dress shirt fast on a Thursday for a wedding on Saturday. After striking out at a couple other stores, New York Mens had exactly what I needed. The shop-keep was friendly and very helpful showing me what he had and helping me determine the right size. A day later I realized I also forgot and needed to buy a new blue tie and matching handkerchief. The whole process repeated itself: I went to a couple other stores and couldn't find what I needed. As soon as I walked into New York Mens, I found the exact tie/handkerchief pair I was looking for."
"I really needed a suit for the weekend which was in the 3 days. Normally you would have to wait weeks for tailoring. But Kurt handled the measurements quickly and easily and made sure my suit would be done by then. Customer service was great! Much better than Men’s Warehouse."
