Located at 251 Kings Village Road, the institution has transformed the space next to the Scotts Valley Library into a 284-seat Cultural & Performing Arts Center. Palms Recreation Center
Palms Recreation Center, located at 2950 Overland Avenue in Los Angeles, California, is a popular park and tourist attraction offering a variety of programs and activities for the community. The center features the Palms Park Children’s Center, an auditorium, picnic area, playground, outdoor basketball courts, and the Palms Rancho-Park Library. Barnes Park
