"The customer service agent or the dispatcher was too quick to determine If I was going to use their service or not, And I honestly feel like he situated me accordingly. Though he did provide me with a link to book an appointment (While "suggesting" that I should book an appointment ASAP if I want to get service today), I felt like I would have received a different level of customer service had he knew or felt for sure that I was going to use their service. Just my honest opinion."
