"Had been looking for a couple of excellent quality camping chairs as the current chairs have become unusable through (20+) years of camping everywhere California. Innovative Earth Products was on top of the list after thorough research. Visited shop and bought a couple camping chairs about a month or so ago. The first thing noticed upon entering the retail space was the display of current chairs and more importantly, the overall product quality. Quality and build from what was seen/used in the past is on par with Bass Pro Shops! Rory is a great person, outstanding product knowledge and customer rapport! "The fishing chair is really great. It is well made and works as advertised on the banks of a lake or river. We even took it to an outdoor concert and everyone asked where to get one. But the best product is the VIP Executive Tall Directors chair! That chair is built with a very sturdy fabric and each leg is doubled up for extra strength. This item is perfect for anyone who can use a tall chair, Make-up artists, Face painters, and actual directors. We use ours at soccer matches where the tall seat makes it easier to see the game."

"I purchased the extra long extra wide heavy duty Camp cot a year ago in July. I use the item three times and on the third time the middle leg collapsed and the cot is no longer viable. I have called 3 times with no response and left a message each time. I have emailed three times regarding their warranty and return policy with no response. I have submitted twice a warranty request for return and replacement with no response. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau Amazon and PayPal as this company does not live up to their stated warranty and product guarantees. Do not buy from Innovative Earth Products. 11/28/17 - It was very frustrating getting in contact with Earthproducts; however, they did honor their warranty and sent me a replacement cot in July. On this date I update rating from a 1 star to a 3."

"I was very excited to find a camping cot that was made extra long, wide and with a heavier weight limit. We were planning to buy 4 total to replace having to take blow up mattresses on our camping trips. When the cot arrived, it was the wrong model, the label clearly stated a weight limit of 250lbs which was not the model I ordered. Also, the side pouch that its supposed to come with was missing - it came with 2 storage/ carry bags. I first contacted the company via email using the "contact us" feature of the web site - no response. I called the company using the customer service number on the web site and was only able to leave voice mail. No response. I have sent a second email - no response. I have called a second time - only able to leave a voice mail. No response. I paid extra for the extras and received the wrong item. I cannot even talk to a person about my issue as no one ever answers the phone or returns phone calls. Highly... highly disappointed."
