"I posted the following review roughly a month ago and have sinced learned he was demoted cuz of my words. I'm having alot of problems living with this.. heres an employee who went out of his way to help me on two seperate visits and i got him in trouble when i was trying to give him props. Thats not right. Neither was the $30 price on the microwave. Double the others I've seen at the same store. It wasnt brand new or had any special features, and had sat on the shelf for at least 4 months. It was missing the spinning glass plate and now that I've been using it for awhile, the power is weak compared to others. . So him marking it down finally made it a good deal. It hadnt been before that. So he got demoted by making $ for the D.A.V. by clearing old inventory... thats not right. He shouldnt have gotten in trubZ cuz of me but thas what happened. So i owe that guy and am gonna figute out a way to make it up to him. Im sorry Joshua. "Joshua with the fu man chu knows all about customer service. In fact, he should write a book about it. Initially he brought me a microwave all the way out front to my bike that I ended up rejecting and was still all smiles... But this time, he went beyond BEYOND and made it affordable. Who does that? The place is org. WAY better when compared to their competition, always have great prices and numerous selection of literally anything you need, and of course their super employee, Joshua."
"It's not very organized, dim lighting, it's rough around the edges but I love that about this thrift store! You gotta search around for treasures and it's a lot of fun. I think most seasoned thrift shoppers will agree."
"We dropped off three pick-up loads of donations over the last two days. The employees were super friendly and insisted on unloading the boxes for us. The drive-thru configuration makes the whole process super easy."
"Used to love this shop but the prices have started to get outlandish this past month or two. Seems like they are trying to get into the upscale resale price ranges… $20+ for a used jacket, $250 for a chair. Just not worth it for the work it takes to navigate this disorganized store."
