"We used to go there quite often but now the service and quality of food has gone down drastically. We picked up our order and they “forgot” to give us the bag that contained bean sprouts, basil and all sauces, very likely because I didn’t tip for a pick up order. I called but they didn’t seem to care much about it."

"I’ve ordered delivery twice from here. On the most recent delivery, the chicken vermicelli bun was cold and tasted like an artificially sweetened fast-food meal. Also the pour over sauce is clear/plain and tastes bottled. Shrimp pho was okay. This is not my style of Vietnamese food."

"The food is overall edible but not authentic vietnamese. The only plus size is that the portion are large. Some of the rice were burn or clump together. Bun Bo Hue was not make with the right traditional broth. Their service left a lot to be desired. We have to ask to be given utensils to even eat with, ask again for the vegetable, then we got 2 of the 3 drink order and have to ask twice more for the last one."
