"Multiple issues and won’t be renting from here again. 1. Rental guy was a total jerk at pick up and return. Horrible customer service. 2. Trailer came detached from our truck when removing the equipment at our house!! Worker clearly didn’t hook up the trailer properly and we’re lucky it didn’t come detached going down I-80. 3. When asked for a quick tutorial on how to use the equipment, the worker said to just “look at YouTube” and was dismissive. Safety definitely not a priority here. 4. They started the 4 hour rental time almost 45 minutes before we could even drive out of the parking lot and then had the gall to charge us an extra hour on the rental when we returned it “late”. Wouldn’t have been over 4 hours if the worker wasn’t so chatty about nonsense and could actually do his job. Next time I’ll just go to a local shop to rent."
