"My experience with IM Painting was wonderful. They quickly responded to my inquiry, and the next day were here to provide a quote, which they quickly prepared. The quote was very reasonable and detailed on the amount of labor time and materials for each area being painted. They were able to start and complete work on an efficient timetable. I didn't have any of the leftover paint, and was so happy when they successfully matched the colors. The painters are very friendly and professional. The work was of high quality and they have a great deal of pride in their work. I've worked with quite a few painting companies for my business and home, and this was by far the best experience I've had."

"We hired IM Painting to paint the exterior of our large house. We spoke with 3 other companies before we decided to go with IM Painting and we are very happy with the decision we made. Bob from IM gave us expert advise on choosing paint. His employees were very nice and took great care while working on our house. They first prepping it and then painted it twice. They did a very good job and they were detail oriented and very clean. We are very happy with the work IM performed."

"All around terrible experience from start to finish. *edited to add that after the project was completed in May 2023, by April 2024 the front AND back patio floor that they painted has started bubbling and peeling as shown in the photos. We were left with paint on our windows, paint on our screens, paint on our floor, paint on our turf, paint on our decorative rocks, paint on our neighbors houses (both sides), paint on our bricks and paint on our roof tiles. The stucco that they repaired is already falling apart (I even pointed out to the owner that it was not good and he said it was done well and would last). They “underestimated” the amount of stucco repair and tried to charge us an extra $800. We were told that if we provided light fixtures they would replace our existing ones for free since they had to take them off anyways. Then on the first day we were told this would be an extra charge. They forgot to account for the porch that we asked them to paint, and on the first day we were told that it would be an extra $260. We asked for a quote for our side door to the garage, and they said they would sand, prime and paint. Then all they did was paint over the peeling paint. I pointed it out (I could peel off the paint just by rubbing my hand on it) and they said it was how they normally do this and we were incorrectly informed about them sanding and priming. They used my tools without asking and left them scattered around our yard. They also used my 5 gallon bucket without asking so they could mix their mortar, and then took it with them on the last day. We were told it would take 5 days to finish and took over 2 weeks. All around it was an awful experience and a terrible quality of work and I would never recommend them to anyone."

"I hired IM Painting for painting my exterior as well as refinishing my garage door, gates and kitchen cabinets. Throughout the project their team handled the job with utmost professionalism. The team started on time and worked every day through completion. The staff was friendly, courteous, clean, highly knowledgeable and helpful. Jasmine, the project manager was on site almost daily and frequently in touch to make sure the project went right.
