"Comprehensive selection for the national bookstore chain. However not exactly the easiest to navigate due to tight aisles and an almost always busy customer presence. Great for picking up the latest national bestsellers, but not so much for local publications. Cafe is on the second floor and is almost always packed, so consider enjoying a beverage at the three other coffee shops in the Irvine Spectrum Center."

"The store is huge and pretty nice. Everything was neat and organized. The store felt spacious. The escalator coming down was not working but since it was an escalator everyone was able to walk down them like stairs. No biggie there. My only gripe is the small bags. We brought about 6 books and they stuffed them in a small back that was about to break from the weight and being stuffed. I asked about a bigger bag and they didn't have any which makes you have to pay for 2 small bags. The small bags are smaller than a piece of paper just to give context. In my opinion, if your store runs out of reasonable size bags, just offer more than one small bag."
"Really cool spot to just hang out or check out books. As expected they have all sorts of literature. They also have the customer service desk right as you walk in so that you can ask for help if you're looking for something specific. They have all sort of items from games, music, movies, books, and a cafe on the 2nd floor."
