"While visiting in the area I called and booked a same-day manicure. Brandi met me exactly on time and her attention to detail was over and above what I’m used to. Because I’ve experienced nail damage from gel nails in the past, I bring my own polish and not only did she follow my request * exactly * so that the polish remains longer, but she also set aside my polish when I ended up leaving it there. Vacation brain. Thanks Brandi!"

"I had gone for a removal of gel-x extensions which I knew would have additional cost. However, they filled my nails down to the point that they were visibly thin and broke after day. The gel nail polish wasn't done correctly to the point that you could see how uneven it was. Was going to go back to have them remove the work but didn't even want that done for fear of what my nails would look like after. Very disappointed!"
