"Very good customer care. He tried so hard to help me to find the part that I was looking for that and he founded. He saved more than $500 for me. I had good experience before. He also, gave me his personal cell phone number to send him photo of part to make sure that’s a right part. I will come back for sure to buy more parts ."
"They earn two stars by existing but lose three stars because they charge brand new part prices for used parts from cars that have been in accidents. And they justify that by stating that a direct part from a dealership would be double what they are charging but the dealership price is that price because it's from a dealership any other car part seller for brand new same exact part is half the price of the dealership and a used part off of a wrecked vehicle should not be sold for the same price as a brand new part. Then tries to justify pricing so high because demand is high for the parts from that vehicle but would pay 5% of the value of the vehicle if they were buying the whole vehicle with a clean title and nearly nothing wrong with it. Their price justification doesn't make sense."

"Had a great experience here! I live in Southern California and was going to be in the bay area so my sister sent me with a core, that apparently was 9 months old. Most places wouldn't honor this. They were cool about it considering I drove an hour to get there and the reason it hadn't been returned before was because we live 7 hours away! Very cool staff cool shop cool fish thanks for the help gentlemen."
