"Horrible experience !!! Pls DONT go to this location in Chino !!! Early this morning I made the mistake of going there for my car alert for low windshield fluid.. I asked one of the employees to pls check it out and put the fluid needed. As the employee was about to put the windshield fluid the “manager “ Johnny SCREAMS at employee and told him not to do it because my car has not been serviced there before !!! I told the manager that my car it’s NEW, as I just got it 1 month ago and that I take my other car (a Toyota sienna) there for service … so he then proceeded to tell me ( the manager ) that he couldn’t do it. I told him that I did not expect to get this for free and to charge me whatever the fee was for that .. The manager Johnny then tells me to go to PEP BOYS to buy the fluid there !!! Wow thanks a lot for the advice I will certainly NEVER go back to ANY of their Jiffy Lube locations again!! I just can’t believe the LACK of customer service skills. How do you expect to get customers? Oh by the way the shop was EMPTY, no one in the shop meaning that there was no excuse to have rushed or dismissed me….and honestly I hope it stays that way."
"this place has been doing such bad job that the past 3x I have been going here they havent changed my oil filter I thought they were doing it untill i noticed yesterday when i tried to do my own oil change that the filter is stuck on the housing and it's still the OEM filter they have been lieing and taking advantage of people so be careful when you guys go to this jiffy lube they dont care what happens to your car as long they get paid. I called the manager about this problem he said he doesnt care that if I wanted it fix to pay for another oil change. wow worst manager ever didnt even try to apologize or accommodate anything because he donest want to accept the truth that his crew plus him self aren't taking the proper steps to do their job.."
