"This location was absolutely amazing, especially the person working at the Service & Tires register, Donna. I called ahead for an oil change and she was willing to squeeze me in despite being close to closing time. She was extremely helpful, friendly, and kind. The price was reasonable and Donna even recommended me to go online to get the 25% off coupon. Will definitely be back!"

"Been goingvtobpepboys a long time now and as of today I going to find another place. To slow, manager talks like a sale man and prices are to expensive. Garage workers on the phone rathen working. I sat there a hour and this is the kind of service. Phone more important then the customer. Poor supervision."

"I dropped my vehicle off for new front brakes. They told me that an oil housing was leaking. Pep boys are the “professionals” so I went along with their recommendation to fix it. I spent over $1,000 dollars getting this repair done. By the next morning, oil was flowing out of the bottom of my engine compartment all over my parking spot. I had never seen oil under my car until after pep boys touched my car. Pep boys botched the repair, and created new problems. Update Nov 2023 - the brakes are still squeaking and this was the entire reason I brought my car in. Not sure if they took brakes off and out the same old ones back on the car or what. I did email the email address you provided and got no response."
