"Went for a part . Ordered and paid in store where they say I declined although swiping my card three times. I know because I got the notice in my device as soon as he did it and the 1st swipe processed but they kept swiping and locking before waiting for an invoice to print . They had no ability to prove my purchase until me sticking around for an hour and a half trying to discuss with "manager Carlos who also was blowing off the concern saying I haveng paid even though wells fargo representative are attempting to prove that they are indeed mistaken and my 287 dollars was already taken from my debit account. After he hangs up on the first one representative I asked to speak with him to clear the confusion. he suddenly got the idea to call accounting dept. 2 daysf of me stating my case and he clarify that they have taken the first charge but he wouldn't admit it . Further more the guy sells my special ordered part to the guy who walks in while I'm trying to reconnect with my banking representative. This "manager" was blowing me off hung up on my bank which was unprofessional like this entire establishment save yourself he embarrassment and go to a real parts store that has customer service and values your buisness As well the representative who had witnessed the managers words and action advised on a claim against undercar for fraudulent transaction procedures. Wells Fargo is currently attempting to retrieve my money back and I hope you could avoid a headache such as this and Mal buisness worker practices. Id rather walk than to be stuck with them as a parts store Though the Napa up the street on central hooked me up same day no issues didn't even make me pay until they shipped the part and ready for me to compare pieces. Just instead of going to undercar riverside you will be doing youself a favor with this parts store central right around the corner Napa auto parts. Like i have said a REAL parts company."

"Save yourself the money and the trip!!! the parts here are very cheap and dont last. when you try to order the part you need they come either to small or dont fit like they should. worst part is when you try to call customer service they laugh. you end up with a useless part. just go to autozone from the get go. no wonder these little shops dont last in business. Autozone is the way to go!! Trust me"

"This supplier is getting sloppy. There is no "double check" before hauling parts from Chino to Rancho, bringing the wrong parts. Manager, Carlos Is of no help brushing off responsibility in accountability. There is no managerial level of communication or problem resolving skills, when notified of an issue. Not even a "thanks for the info, we'll look into it". Too bad the manager cannot communicate better, or emulate a better attitude or response. I may have had a few new business leads to share. With what I experienced, I would rather not."
