"Wow, I wish my fiancé and I read the reviews about this place before singing our lease… We really are trying to enjoy this place but we’ve only lived here for 3 months & we already can’t wait for our lease to end! I’m writing this review to warn anyone who is looking into renting from here. Loud noise every night from cars zooming through the parking lot, people screaming and yelling and having loud conversations late at night with no concern for their neighbors. Packages stolen left and right, you can see it on the community board, every week is a new package stolen from someone’s front door or even the mailroom itself. We had a water leak in our apartment (this is what really threw me over the edge) & we lived a whole month (still not repaired) with huge holes in our bathroom & living room. As well as paint damage & scuffs on our door and walls. When we decided to take our rent consideration to the leasing office, they decided to say that there’s nothing they could do & that we would still have to pay full rent even though our apartment is under “demolition.” We pay for trash service but it is hit or miss if they come to collect. And when they don’t the hallways reek. Locks on community door don’t work half the time. Specifically the amenity area, for the first 2 months we would have to walk completely around the building to get back to our apartment. Needless to say, this place is decent. But for the rent we’re paying, I expect so much more & im extremely disappointed with Camden."

"Lived here for about 9 months and have had a mostly positive experience with staff. Whenever there has been an issue Camden Main and Jamboree has been there to help especially staff member Rachel. She is the sweetest person I know and always makes herself available to have a friendly talk. Super star employee for sure!"
