"We just moved in about a week ago and are loving it so far! The grounds are impeccably well kept with maintenance every day without being disruptive. The pool and hot tub are clean and resort like, as is the whole area with the towering redwood trees. The staff is extremely responsive and made making the cross country move easy! Not to mention this was the *only* place in the South Bay Area you can find a 2BR apt that is recently renovated and affordable (less than $2700!) I highly recommend moving here."

"I’ve been living here for the last 3 months and I just want to say how nice, clean and quiet this community is. I feel very safe because of the gated community as well. The scenery is very relaxing and I want to say the rent price is reasonable for everything this community has to offer (gym, pool, gates, parking, scenery etc). I want to thank our leasing consultant who helped us, Russell, for being helpful in helping us find the right home for my partner and I. He had awesome customer service. He was very patient and very professional with us, thus making our decisions to move in much easier. I know if I ever have any questions or concerns I can give him a call and he’ll be happy to help."

"TL;DR We highly recommend renting the clubhouse for its accommodating management staff and ample amenities. Limited street parking for guests is the only real downside. Some background: We are Old Orchard residents and have lived at the complex for about 3 years. We rented the clubhouse from 6 pm to 10 pm on a Saturday. Management staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and ensured a hassle-free process. Setting up the reservation involved a single visit to cover logistics, including scheduling, discussing fees and deposits, reviewing lock up procedures, and following guidelines for trash disposal. We brought our own dining essentials (utensils, plates, napkins, etc.) for a potluck with 14 people since the clubhouse didn't provide them by default. The space could have accommodated up to 35 people. The club house is right next to the hot tub and grill. They also had a microwave that doubles as an oven, an ice machine, refrigerator, and a coffee machine. The only downside was parking. Guests could only use street parking. We advised our guests to park on Cabrillo or Los Padres. Overall, our experience was positive. The clubhouse rental at Old Orchard comes highly recommended."

"I'm surprised by the negative review because this property is beautiful and the staff is very helpful. I love living here as it's a nice place but also because of the location. Right next to El camino is a huge plus. It's taken me too long to write this review. I've been a fan of Robin and Yun and the new guy Russell is very nice too. I recommend this place because it's safe and very quiet. Which is a break from the fast life of silicon Valley."

"Was in the community for 3 years. Great location and beautifully renovated with new roof, new exterior and upgraded unit if you choose for. Lot of greenery, contemplation garden, swimming pool, spa, bbq and picnic area, club house and children’s play area. We have been staying through the construction/renovation of the community which included changes inside the apartment like new balconies and patios, new windows, sliding doors which spanned for almost 2 years. After going through all the mess, there was no compensation. Parking is a joke. You own a parking spot which is only for the car you bought a parking sticker for $25 per year. I got a loaner car after giving my car for service, which had stickers behind saying it’s a loaner. When I came to know about the towing, I was literally running behind them, they didn’t stop even after seeing me. Had to shell $500+ to get back the loaner. It’s a planned business. No guest parking in the premises. Don’t expect to get your deposit back. We kept the unit clean, no carpet stains, we didn’t even pin anything on the walls but were still charged the whole $500 and more for cleaning. It’s a beautiful community until you get into an issue or if you need something to be done from the management team. They feel as if they are letting you people live for free in their house. Choose this apartment with that risk."
