"Food at McDonald's is hit and miss. I usually order some kind of burger. Sometimes the meat tastes like good meat. Other times it tastes like cardboard."
"My family and I came today on Christmas Day.....it was around 2 p.m. ish.... I ordered cookies and fries....the male taking my order was rude for no reason. I simply asked one question and he told me to chill out because I knew he was fixing my order?! I had no idea what he was doing on the other side and I just can't even believe this is the customer service there giving in Mission Valley let alone on Christmas Day. Very inappropriate... this younger generation needs a lot more training!"

"This was my go to location for McDonald’s until tonight. I ordered via drive thru and when I opened my food at home, I knew something was wrong. They had left the parchment paper on the hamburger patty and dressed it as if it was part of the sandwich. It wasn’t a small piece either. It was the entire thing. We called to get the store managers number and email but the new shift manager Armando couldn’t give it to us. I am so disappointed and won’t be going back there ever again."
