"This is hands down the BEST car wash in Sonoma County and the BEST in Nor Cal too! When this place became Splash Full Service I wash In a wheelchair and the lady that greets you always went above and beyond to assist me to make my experience as accessible as possible. She would drive my car literally to the front door when it was ready. Every time I go somewhere else I’m dissatisfied because this place sets the bar high and continues to have much higher standards than other places. My car is actually clean and the customer service is stellar. It’s rare to find such high standards and excellent customer service at car wash but they leave me with a smile not only because my car is looking pretty but because they truly care about their customers. I will only get my car washed here. They gained a customer for life. And everyone that I have recommended this place too has felt the same way. "The car wash is convenient and very affordable to get your vehicle cleaned inside and out! I recommend using this location, the only thing I would suggest for the owner is upgrading the seating area outside and inside. Looks very outdated and unappealing to be there. I try to avoid coming here on a hot day because I don’t even think they have AC or it rarely works."
