"Nightmare getting my stuff delivered from Reno to Nor. Cal. mostly due to CA Spongy Moth declaration cert. was promised delivery in about 4 days. Took almost a month. Price was competitive. Container was like new. Local facility workers were great. Out of country phone support workers were very difficicult to work with."

"every communication should be transparent. Show the initial agreed upon minimum cost, and the cost per each additional month if needed in EVERY email! Why not? This communication (this request for me to fill out this exit survey), for example, I wished you showed me my final, total cost. You did not and have not. And I believe that is because I have been overcharged. Which it totally NOT cool."

"We were left high and dry by our original moving company the week of our move and were in a very tough situation. We were moving from Chicago to California. Luckily POD's and their fantastic customer service were able to help us. They were caring and compassionate of our situation. They were able to get us scheduled for that same week at half the price of the other moving companies. The driver in Chicago was a legend. He helped us load up our container and he organized everything for us when he didn't have to do anything. We had our POD loaded in less that 2 hours. They arrived on time, dropped our POD off at our new location on the exact date and time and picked it up on time as well. Couldn't recommend POD's any more. They were amazing to deal with and made moving much less painful."
