"Everyone here is so kind and friendly, very honest about what is needed and walk you through things transparently. They are very honest and help you figure out what will work for you, your car, and your budget. (They do their best to price match for tires - and honestly have the most reasonable prices! Recently I looked to get some work done with a shop that was closer to my house and ended up just sticking with AAA because the price was better and I felt more comfortable with Larry and Ron than I did at the other place) Never ever feels pushy, never have been talked into something I didn't need. Service is also generally very quick. Everyone is so wonderful here, I've never had a bad experience! Been a customer since I moved here in 2014 when they were still McCleas =)"
"I had an appointment dropped my car off, noticed that they don't take cash anymore which is a violation of house bill 4395 so I mentioned it to them. After putting my car on the lift and taking the wheels off they called and now refused to do the work. Ive also been a AAA member since 1998 and now I question if I want to continue the services. UPDATE. As you can see I got a reply from the "owner". I sent via email what they requested, so we will see if they truly want to reachout and come to a resolution."
