"Sometimes the stuff arent knowledgeable and they need to work on there staff's capabilities. I get told several times things are not possible or my car payments been made when it hasnt i have to call a manager and then they find it where they made an error all the time. Service is a hit or miss. The staff that do know are great and staff in the windsor branch are more welcoming than the santa rosa branch on mendocino"
