"I had a tire puncture which caused the interior of the tire to be shreaded and non-repairable. I drove to Benjamin Tire becasue it was the closest tire repair shop, without doing any research and in an emergency situation. They put my spare tire on in a few hours, coordinated an easy pick up of my car, ordered a single tire that they had custom shaved down for me. (This was helping me avoid purchasing 4 new tires, as I have 4 wheel drive). The new tire was ready when quoted, and they made the repair the same day. The actual price was just under the quoted price. Maria coordinated the work and was very clear and helpful. I am very happy with the service, and will return when I need new tires."

"Fantastic customer service! I called because my low tire pressure light came on, Wade answered the phone and he was so nice! He told me just to swing by to check it out. When I got there the front desk person knew that I was on the way and told me to pull in. There Wade was, ready to help me! He was super nice, fast and I was in my car the whole time! "3 hour wait for an inspection I was told would take 30 mins. I even asked how long so I could go home if the wait was long. But they failed to communicate over and over. Left with missing studs on two tires. Broke/removed the studs before mentioning they didn't have replacement parts on hand or that it would be a danger to leave without. Left in worse condition than when arrived.. and no verbal or written info about my brake inspection upon leaving, even after calling and emailing, they have ignored my request. Worst shop experience ever."
