"I bought new windshield wipers and was going to install them myself. In the process a plastic part broke. I wasn't sure if I needed a whole new part replaced or what. I went to the store on Sebastopol Rd and was helped by Manny. He assured me it was no big deal and he went out to my car and replaced both new wipers. Turns out the part that broke wasn't even needed. Mind you, I had not bought the wipers there. I call that great customer service and he was very nice about it. Thank you, Manny."
