"The G by Guess location at the Citadel Outlets had good customer service, but the prices left much to be desired. If you go their website, you'll find very comparable prices so their store didn't have outlet style discounts. But, if you don't mind spending around the same price as their non-outlet store then you may find some appealing clothing."

"Some of these customer service reps are truly awful, as I witnessed one manager mistreat a woman and her autistic son because he was acting out, then escalate the situation until security was called. Still, my gf always drags me to this store, I think it’s the affordable shoes that are high quality. I find a lot of deals here too, like a suit jacket under $40."
