"A huge inconvenience to do self check out, only to stand in line for them to double check if item scanned.. Yet the lines for both self check out and register check out are unacceptably long the wait is 15 to 20 minutes i realize your company may feel that in this community the clients may steal. However i find that it is usually the employees who steal not the customers. I will no longer be shopping at this particular location due to the waste of time and messy store."

"What is with the crowd control at the front door? Do they see all the customers as theives? I know they are really just hold people so they can get a good video scan of the faces of people coming into the store. I don't get why they block the exit though... have they even have a flash mob theft? Or they just over reacting because of demographics of their customers."
"This is my 1st time seeing a self checkout at a Ross store. They have a designated line for self checkout with 3-4 register kiosk, you scan and bag your own items. It's seems convenient if you only have a few items, but if your item has a security tag you have to wait for a cashier to remove tag."
