"Costumer service is horrible. I asked for a bag and they told me no, they only give them with purchase, I told them I will be purchasing just that a bag that I had from another store broke. They said sorry only after purchase. I was holding a baby and a broken bag. Thank god another costumer saw me and gave a plastic bag she had. After I purchased, around 10 items, I asked for an extra bag and the girl that charged said sorry I can only give the amount that you need. I know it doesn’t hurt aeropostal pockets to give a free bag and I could of paid for it. I have asked for an extra bag at Michael kors and they gave it to me no problem. It’s 1 bag not a box of bags. They saw me struggling with a broken bag and a baby and didn’t care."

"Most gals or guys here have good customer service props, and especially Allie. Some are just bored/rude disrespectful teens though. They are so affordable it’s silly to shop anywhere else for the basics, especially with regularly having things on clearance. The store is clean too and organized, in a nice location in the mall."
