"When I bought the shoes the I used for my vacation I never meant to return it, but the botton of the right shoe came off. When I went to the store Aldo in Victoria Garden, this guy told me: if you don't have the receipt, nothing I can do. I said "I don't want my money back" I want another exact shoes. But it didn't work. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE"
"Worst customer service. I just finished shopping here and the lady in the register treated my mother poorly. They didn’t even let her know that it was a $1 for a bag for her item before charging her. When my daughter had just purchased something and they didn’t charge her anything for the bag for her item ? My mom felt really discriminated. We love Aldo but after this experience I honestly am sick to my stomach I wanted to return the items but my mother is very kind and doesn’t speak up but thankfully I was there. I will not tolerate any discrimination towards my mother and I will stand up for her . It’s not about the $1 bc we spent money at your store it’s about the feeling you made my mother feel !!! DO BETTER !!!!"

"Got myself a pair of classic brown dress shoes from Aldo’s the other day for work as I work in retail and need to look the part. They were 30% off and very comfortable. The girl at the counter rung me up with no trouble while I browsed the huge men’s shoes selection. I was in and out of that store in fifteen min or less."
"I found the freshest pair of shoes here AND I got the best deal on them! They were on sale AND I had a coupon for an extra 10% off and then to top it all off I had a gift card for $30 and so after it was all said and done I only owed about $20, which is awesome for how great they look."
