They send us a link and we could track the technician and the beautiful designed van up to arrival! William Jarrell was kind precisely explained everything after accessing the situation and explained the problem and solution to the problem before allowing me to sign up on their IPad !! Once job was well completed, He explained something’s were not needed and gave me the total plus advised us on what to avoid so we don’t encounter the same costly problems again! "I wish I could give them 10 stars!!! I’ve lived in my home for 17yrs and only started experiencing intermittent issues with my system Summer 2021 and since then the issues have become pretty consistent. I’ve used various HVAC technicians assigned by my home warranty and they all left me feeling like they only put a band-aid on the issue instead of getting to the root cause. So when my home warranty gave me the option to select my own technician, I had just received an advertisement with coupon from NexAir so I called and the technician came that same day and resolved the issue. But not only did he fix my system he also educated me regarding the cause of my systems failure and he provided me with option to resolve my issue. His compassion for my issues and the fact that he told me that I would need a new system in the near future and the root cause. I am now a NexAir customer and I know who will install my new system when that time comes! I would definitely recommend NexAir for their professionalism, their quick response and their integrity in telling me the truth and not just what I wanted to hear!! Media is a great company!!! "Our air conditioning went out yesterday. It was running inside but we didn’t realize the fan outside was not operating. Our house got so hot last night it was hard to sleep. We called NexAir first thing this morning at 7:30. My husband is on oxygen and it was hard for him to breathe. Such a friendly voice answered and was ready to get someone here early today, but we had Dr appts and told them that we couldn’t be home at that time..They said they could be here at 1PM and they were very prompt. Christian Holland did a wonderful job. He also showed me how to use the Trane modern thermostat that last home owner installed. He cleaned everything up and did not over charge in any way. A very welcoming experience that touched us at a very needed time."

"Both Franky and Robbie were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of the home. Cleaned up after having been here for over 9 hours and it looks amazing. Unit is running great, and highly recommend their services. Very happy with the purchase. Installed unit the next day after diagnosing my issue in temperatures approaching 100 degrees. I had calls in to several other HVAC repair centers for several days without a response, and decided to give them a call- they were on site within a few hours, and offered a great deal on the replacement at 5 years same as cash.
