"I have been using this location for 10 years now. It is very convenient to get money when I need. Yesterday I was told that this location would only have cash drawers 1 day a week. That just does not make sense. So I ask and they tell me to use the machine. If I wanted to use the machine then I could bank anywhere. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past anymore."

"I am in my 60th year as a member of the GE CREDIT UNION. Joined there and the GEEAA association on my first day at work for GE AVIATION in April 1962. Sadly, the GEEAA was shut down a number of years ago. The GECU is by far the best Financial facility in the US. That you for all your services."
"I've been a GE Credit Union member for almost 50 years now and have never been disappointed in the service or the rates for savings, certificates or loans - over the years I have tried them all. The GE Credit Union has also expanded their locations so that I now have four sites to visit all within 15 minutes of my house. You owe it to yourself to at least check it out."
