"I'm having major problems with my service. I'm trying to get to the bottom of why 2 different agents from this store messed my account up. One agent separated my account from one to two accounts. I did not authorize this second account. They are trying to charge me 1,700.00 for my tablet and 2 phone line. I got a new phone and tablet but did not ask for 2 extra lines and to divide my account. AT&T is not working with me so far. I filed a claim but will have to wait and see. A second agent also added a bunch of features that I didn't authorize. Now they are trying to put this against my credit. I have been with AT&T for 3 years with a perfect payment history. Customer service as turned off my auto payment. I was completely unaware of the second account until recently. At&t please fix these fraudulent charges and restore my account the way it was originally supposed to be. I believe they have done this to other customers as well. It would be wise to look into your account with a sharp eye for fraudulent activities. All the hacked information that has been happening to AT&T has been showing up in my security app through AT&T. They are telling me that it didn't effect me but my email and security app tell me otherwise. I have been in 3 different AT&T store and on the phone with customers service multiple times. Why didn't anyone tell me I had a extra account that was not being paid. Fraud, fraud, fraud. I did not ask for all these problems. 1 new phone, 1 new tablet on my existing account. How could you possibly message that up. Nobody is contacted me back so far and I'm freaking out. This is the worst situation I have ever gone through with and company ever. I hope this gets resolved soon and people are held accountable."
