"While the people here are great there are 11 spots to park and all full with one person in the branch. I did see an entourage walk in to the meeting room while I waited but if employees are parking in the lot and I am paying to park I have an issue with that. Might need to find a new location to deal with. Katie is always a pleasure to deal with."

"Attempted to make an account due to the FCC promos. They took all my information and refused to verify me and I cannot delete the account. I was very hopeful but I should have done more research, did not expect them to already have a one star review. I suppose I'm glad I didn't open an account with them due to how bad they've treated others but it is unfortunate they're blasting this promo and the bank has this many red flags."

"Yea seriously what is this place? Walked in. No one at front. People come out but Don’t say a word to you. I left after I read reviews and saw people saying the same thing. I thought maybe I walked into a horror movie plot."

"not sure this is an actual bank location? there is no bank teller, just an indoor atm and a drive through atm out back. only one office and when i visited at 11:30 there was a note saying the employee would be back at 2. very confusing, had to go to the edgewood location."

"No one in the branch when you walk in. Waited 20 minutes. Feel that could be a safety concern. Took my business to another bank however. Republic Bank next door is where to go."
