My other half went in there to get him a new card two of the temporary card that he was told was activated we're not. He also was told he'd get a call when his official card came in and never did. That card does not work either."

"Made several attempts, 11 to be exact over a 2 week period to contact the branch manager to have a double charge removed from my account and received 1 call back which I missed. The 1 call from the bank I missed was from the branch managers direct line which I called 3 times and left voice mails requesting a call back. The customer service at this branch is terrible and wouldn't recommend anyone going to this branch to open their account. The branch located inside Meijer located on Houston Rd. in Florence, KY is the only branch I will deal with directly anymore. The staff there are as nice and helpful as can be."
