"I dropped my stuff in February and on April 4 was told not yet done. If not done by 15th and extension filed I too will file in Frankfort I thought I had a professional serving me probably Ernest is doing his best but his employees are not!"

"Called to make an appt to have my taxes done and was given a price, depending on what I had. When I dropped off my documents on March 5th, the desk clerk examined them and told me the same price. When I finally got to pick them up, they charged me 25.00 more. It took 2 1/2 months for them to finally finish my taxes. They were processed for a month and a half, waiting for Ernie to review them. Finally on May 12th after getting aggravated with them and given the same excuses I requested to speak with Ernie. Then miraculously they were finished an hour later without speaking to him. Will not be returning in the future."

"Was very disappointed with the service I received, was told several times I would be contacted by phone found them be very discourteous!!!! Dropped my taxes off over 5weeks ago and sitting in office now while he's working on them because once again was waiting on a callback I never received!!!!!"
