"Very disappointed in the lack of follow through and effort to keep me in the loop. Besides to ask me for some additional information, I was not once called back to be given an update or told my request would take more time. You generate income from me signing up for a policy. Stop being lazy and show some initiative to do your job! I'm new to the area and need insurance so I called Sharp. Kate (if I remember correctly) was friendly and quickly got my info to get started. I was told I would hear back soon. This was on June 1st. She called me back twice that day to ask some clarifying questions. On Friday June 3rd I hadn't heard back so I called. I was told they were training someone and they gave him my request. Kate said she'd double check his work and call me back Monday morning. Monday morning came and went and I didn't get a call. So I called that evening and Kate told me she had to take off that morning but she would work on my quote and get back to me the next day. By noon I still hadn't heard back so I called again. They told me my quote was ready. I asked for her to email me the quote info so I can look it over. She verified my email. It's the nearly 24 hours later and still no email. I'll be contacting another agency. Thanks for nothing."
