"Can someone above the manager check on his communication skills if you're trying to have a polite conversation he will be rude and interrupt not letting the person finish talking before he speaks and then just walks away that is entirely rude, especially as a manager. He does not communicate properly with employees. I am a former employee and am currently a full-time student and told him the days I could work after coming after a class and he blatantly did not listen and that is not proper communication skills proper skills involve listening to what is being said and properly understanding it. Learn better communication skills Stephen if you want to keep employees IT IS NOT THAT DIFFICULT!"
