"Mark is an experienced mechanic. He changed my oil sending sensor on the top back part of the motor which cannot be seen successfully. I also picked up brake pads very next day and he put them on. He's quick. I met him right when he opened up at 8:00 a.m. on both days. Was in and out. Saved me a bunch of money compared to a lot of the other shops and big dealership!!!"
"***See update*** Fantastic customer service! I was able to drop my vehicle off after hours and Mark had it fixed the next day. Edit: I had my alternator replaced, but two weeks later the belt snapped on me, stranding me in Ohio. The mechanic specifically said the belt was not changed with my alternator replacement ,which should have been done according to standard practice. This work put me and my passenger in danger and the issues should have been noticed during the initial alternator replacement. I would have appreciated an apology at bare minimum, but was not provided one."
