"Not happy with Drs office. Apparently phone call visits with Dr Whitmores office hru Covid, don't count as active patient visits and after being with him for 11 years, I was dropped as a patient. For missing 3 yrs...but I had 2 phone visits thru 2020 and 2021... Anxiety meds and high blood pressure meds are all due..I needed to make a new appt...and now they have dropped me."
"I would’ve highly recommended Whitmore to anyone! But what happen when I was trying to get my child seen I was baffled. My child had spiked high fever over the night. I was able to get it down but however to be on safe side I needed her to be seen by her pediatrician. When I called they suggested a Telehealth. I understand this is their policy. But Covid isn’t going anywhere I said ask the Dr. Whitmore if my child can be seen. I said I’ll call back. When I called back I was transferred to the nurse, then I asked to speak who is over her and they was nothing but rude wants to send me letter stating I’ll have to find a another health care provider cause of my inappropriate rude behavior? I was rude only because of them how I was spoke to and when Whitmore refused to see my child I was livid but I wasn’t inappropriate whatsoever. They was nothing but nasty toward me all because I wanted to get my child seen and Telehealth is not effective you can’t listen to the child(ren) hearts their lungs, look into their throats etc; to specifically say yes bring that child in or no here is what we can do! Before he sent that letter I already found a new pediatrician who will see the patient when they’re sick vs doing Telehealth I couldn’t be more satisfied with my decision for my child."
