"I would love to give a 5 star review but we had a snag with a rude male clerk at the front desk in the ED. The healthcare we received was more than we could have hoped for. Every single employee with the one exception was wonderful. Our questions and concerns were addressed and answered - all staff from the ED to the floor we were admitted to went above and beyond. The respect that was shown did not go unnoticed and was greatly needed and appreciated."

"I was seen by Brandi Watts last night in the ER and feel like she genuinely listened to my issues. I left feeling so much better than I did coming in. We were also in and out in roughly 4 hours. Even while waiting in the lobby, they had a nurse making sure I was okay. My care in the emergency department was top notch. Thank you to all the staff at St. Mary’s!"

"I had emergency neck surgery and the staff / doctors were above excellent. However, the food served was far below the old “stereotypical” hospital food that people joke about. I had been here before and the food was great; this time the food was inedible. By inedible, I mean it literally could not be eaten! The French toast (I think) was so hard that I could not bite through the crust. The “sausage” on the same plate, I did not try because of white spots in it, and I assumed it was soy-sausage. My GF loves sausage and had no hesitation in trying it; she had to RUN to the trash can to spit it out and try not to vomit! Every meal served was wasted because it could not be eaten, or it was disgusting. If my GF had not made the trip here, with me, I would have went hungry for my entire stay! Again, doctors and nursing staff, I give a perfect score and even say nurse go above and beyond. However, no food service needs addressed!!"

"I was recently in St. Mary’s hospital after an emergency surgery. I must say, I had the most amazing surgeons, nurses, respiratory staff, and doctors. They made me feel so much better about my situation, and they made my 9 days in the hospital much easier for me. I highly recommend this hospital to everyone who’s looking for a great, quality healthcare center. A definite 10/10 for me."
