"Was recommended here by two different people & had high expectations from the wonderful reviews they gave. Unfortunately I was not impressed & will not return as a customer again. I was told by said person you get 10% off as a new customer & 10% off if you pay with cash. I was not offered either of these discounts. Was not told a price when I dropped off & was not even told when I should come back until after I had to ask. I brought in 2 velvet curtains & a loveseat slipcover (that had never been used before so it’s not like it was dirty at all) The curtains have somehow shrank in length, multiple snags on the curtains, they used safety pens on all the items & didn’t even place the safety pen through the seam, so they left small holes in them! They do not have a pleasant clean smell at all rather a musty dirty smell. And top it off, $90!!!! I admit it was my fault I guess for not asking the price beforehand but they didn’t seem very eager to talk when I arrived & never would have thought a small slipcover & a set of curtains would be $90!!!"

"I have been using Eastern Hills Dry Cleaners for at least 10 years. Their dry cleaning service is wonderful; not only is it ready when they say but also with attention to details. They mend rips and tares and replace buttons when needed. The type of service I use the most is their shirt cleaning. There's nothing quite like the feeling of wearing a freshly starched, pressed shirt. I have found wearing professionally cleaned and pressed clothing adds a look that can't be achieved by in home laundering, not to mention the hours I save standing at the ironing board. And best of all is the friendly service I receive, not only from Joe, the owner, but all the nice people that work there. I certainly would highly recommend Eastern Hills Cleaners to anyone looking for professional dry cleaning & laundry service."
